Client Portal and ShareSafe EULA

Effective Date: November 23, 2025

By accessing or using the CCH Wolters Kluwer Client Axcess portal (the "Portal"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the Portal.

• You have the right to upload personal tax documents to Kloha US Tax Specialists through the Portal.
• You have the right to receive personal tax documents from Kloha US Tax Specialists via the Portal.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Portal for personal tax-related purposes.

• You shall not use the Portal for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Portal.
• You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal, or any other systems or networks connected to the Portal.
• You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Portal without prior written permission from Kloha US Tax Specialists.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Kloha US Tax Specialists immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Kloha US Tax Specialists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Portal. In no event shall Kloha US Tax Specialists’ total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Portal.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kloha US Tax Specialists and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Portal or your violation of this EULA.

Kloha US Tax Specialists reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Albania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
